I design and build software for businesses, mostly POS, ERP and HR systems for retail, jewellery and wholesale.
Before writing software I worked in operations, first as an admin manager, then in admin and HR, then as COO in retail. So at OPENDOTT I spend a lot of time understanding how a shop actually runs before I build anything for it.
